Editing your listing after launch
What changes straight away, what happens if you remove a registration number, and how to take a break.
Once a listing is live, edits go live straight away: prices, photos, the description, the calendar. The listing keeps the same web address, so links you have shared keep working.
Registration numbers
If a live NSW or WA listing loses its registration number, or a Tasmanian one loses both its permit and its exemption, the listing is paused automatically and you are told why. Add the number back and ask us to switch it live again. We do this because platforms may not advertise those properties without the number.
Taking a break
To stop bookings for a while, block the nights in your calendar. Guests with existing bookings are not affected. If you want the whole listing hidden, contact us and we will pause it; a paused listing keeps everything and can be switched back on.
Founding Hosts
Your 0% host fee is guaranteed on every booking made up to 29 November 2031. Blocking a few weeks is fine: Founding Host status does not lapse. See Founding Host questions.
