Getting started as a host
Create your account, build your first listing step by step and mark it ready for launch day.
OzGetaways is a new Australian holiday-stay site. Hosts can sign up and build their listings from 2 October 2026, and guests can search and book from 30 November 2026. Free to list. Optional upgrades if you want more.
What happens when you sign up
- Create your host account with your name, email and mobile number.
- Confirm your email from the link we send you.
- Start your first listing. Every step is saved as you go, so you can stop and come back on any device.
- Mark the listing ready for launch. On launch day we switch ready listings live.
What a listing needs
- Where it is: the street address (kept private) and the suburb (shown to guests).
- What it is: the property type, how many guests it sleeps, bedrooms, bathrooms and beds.
- Photos: at least one to be ready, and at least eight to qualify as a Founding Host.
- A nightly price, and a cleaning fee if you charge one.
- A calendar with the nights guests may book.

Coming back later
Your listings page shows Continue setup on any listing that is not finished. Open it on your phone to add photos straight from your camera. Nothing you have typed is lost between visits.
