Every host on OzGetaways pays 0% host fees: it is our standard rate, not a time-limited offer. The Founding Host offer guarantees it. It is for the first 2,500 qualifying properties listed on OzGetaways, per property, not per account.
What you get
- 0% host fees on every booking made from launch day, 30 November 2026, to 29 November 2031. This is guaranteed for those 5 years, whatever happens to our standard rate. You keep 100% of your stay price.
- Priority placement in search.
- The Founding Host badge on your listing, for life.
- Free to list. Optional upgrades if you want more. There is no compulsory listing, subscription, payout, processing or admin fee, and listing on OzGetaways is free for life for every host.
Your guests pay our 12% service fee, included in the total they see (6% for a guest returning within 12 months).
When the guarantee starts
The 5 years run from launch day, 30 November 2026, for every Founding Host, not from your first booking. Join later and your 0% is still guaranteed to 29 November 2031. See How long the Founding Host 0% is guaranteed.
What we do not say
The guarantee runs for a fixed 5 years. It is not "for life", and no rate ever is. What is for life: free listing, and the badge.
