About this place
Our great-great-grandfather built the barn from local bluestone; we turned it into a three-bedroom house with the beams and the thick walls intact. Long table, wood oven, a fire pit in the courtyard and eighty cellar doors within twenty minutes. Guests get a bottle of the estate shiraz and a tour of the winery if they want one.

A tour of the winery and a bottle of the shiraz on arrival. The barn is extraordinary: thick walls, huge beams, roaring fire. Long lunch at the long table was the plan and it delivered.
