An 1890s sandstone terrace in Battery Point, restored with the floorboards and fireplaces intact and a modern kitchen and bathrooms added. Salamanca Market is a four-minute walk, the waterfront restaurants five, and the MONA ferry leaves from Brooke Street Pier. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom.
