From listing to payout
A guided setup, your rules, and the money in your account the day after check-in.
- Step 1
List free
Free to list. Optional upgrades if you want more. Listing is free for life, with no compulsory listing, subscription, payout or admin fee. Hosts pay 0% host fees and we cover card fees. Founding Hosts lock in 0% for 5 years (below).
- Step 2
Set your calendar and price
Choose your nightly and weekend rates, cleaning fee, minimum stay and house rules. Sync your calendar with Airbnb, Stayz or your channel manager so a night is only ever booked once.
- Step 3
Accept requests, or turn on instant book
Reply to requests within 24 hours, or let guests book straight away. You always see exactly what you will receive before you accept.
- Step 4
Get paid the day after check-in
Guests pay when they book. Your payout goes to your bank the day after they check in, through Stripe.
